Webco Industries, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended April 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 190.58 million compared to USD 126.98 million a year ago. Net income was USD 15.99 million compared to USD 6.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 20.82 compared to USD 7.8 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 19.88 compared to USD 7.31 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 531.51 million compared to USD 321.11 million a year ago. Net income was USD 40.12 million compared to USD 6.31 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 52.05 compared to USD 7.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 49.25 compared to USD 7.13 a year ago.

It is a service manufacturer and distributor of metal pressure tubing and pipe, which includes tubing utilized in heat exchanger, and piping applications. It supplies a variety of pressure tubing and pipe products for refining, petrochemical, chemical, and others.
