Solucom SA reported consolidated revenue results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue of €44.9 million compared to €36.3 million a year ago. Like-for-like, excluding the consolidation of Audisoft Oxéa, Hudson & Yorke, Arthus Tech and the assets of Hapsis, Group revenues rose 14% over the period.

For the first half year, the company reported revenue of €91.4 million compared to €73.7 million a year ago. Like-for-like, excluding the consolidation of Audisoft Oxéa, Hudson & Yorke, Arthus Tech and the assets of Hapsis, Group revenues rose 15% over the period.

The company reported first half year of fiscal 2016 EBIT is expected to be slightly less than the year-earlier level of 10.3% due to investments related to the launch of the Up 2020 strategic plan.

Solucom has confirmed its full-year 2016 financial objectives and is targeting revenue growth in excess of 12%, excluding Arthus Tech, and operating margin on ordinary activities of between 11% and 13%.
