Water Technologies International, Inc. announced that it has signed an MOU or memorandum of understanding with Global Care Administrators, Inc. The Agreement is for Water Technologies International, Inc. to acquire a 5% ownership in GCA and partner with GCA and Plan 2 Account to provide specialized services to Hospital Groups across the United States and Internationally. The minority stake in Global Care Administrators will be purchased with both stock and cash. The services range from waste to energy, gasification systems, air and water filtration and atmospheric water generators. The Company plans to employ new technologies to hospitals for cost reductions in the daily operations. The companies will represent each other's products to combine the off-grid energy systems with the atmospheric water generators.
