W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking to sell a set of specialty brands now operating out of their Janesville and Madison facilities. Kelly France, Grainger spokeswoman, told that process has been going on for months and the company hasn't yet finalized a sale or announced a buyer. The specialty brands include Gempler, Ben Meadows, McFeely, Rand and Professional Equipment.
