On January 9, 2020, VOXX International Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended November 30, 2019. A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On January 10, 2020, the Company held a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended November 30, 2019. The Company has prepared a transcript of that conference call, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
