Ralph Sitt agreed to acquire Retail Condominium at 11 East 68th Street, Madison Avenue from Vornado Capital Partners Real Estate Fund, managed by Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) for approximately $85 million on January 16, 2018. The property features 6,800 square feet on the ground floor and 4,200 square feet on the lower level. The retail’s price per square foot comes out to $7,727. Adam Spies, Doug Harmon, Kevin Donner, Adam Doneger and Marcella Fasulo of Cushman & Wakefield are brokering the sale.
