Vocus Group Limited (ASX:VOC) is turning its attention to asset sales, with the retail business most likely to be put up for sale. The retail business consists of its Commander operation, part of the M2 Group Ltd. (M2 business) acquired by Vocus. It offers NBN, broadband, voice, mobility, electricity and hardware services and is expected to be worth about $500 million. UBS has advised Vocus in the past.
