Company profile provided by OTC Markets --
Audit and Potential Merger information provided by Dawgtrading -- Thinking about Vita press release announcing a potential merger with another application company with over 1 million downloads. This more developed application company would already have more business and technology infrastructure in place. https://bit.ly/2MBLZed
This would remove much of the starting up and monthly operational costs by starting and running your own infrastructure, including hosting, servers, bandwidth, personnel, and more. https://bit.ly/2MBLZed
Combinging technology and resources
Vita does not have any employees, offices, or other technology and operational infrastructure in place, but they do have algorithms, and software tech. This other larger application company is more advanced in having a business setup and operational. Now this seems like a positive win that Vita receives more resources from the larger company, and the yet unknown merger company would receive access to the algorithms and tech. https://bit.ly/2MBLZed
Vita also wouldn't have to start and build out from scratch infrastructure to run and test their applications on saving a large up front and monthly costs. I think they would use the infrastructure in place already, or with a little bit more resources upgrade to be able to scale up their application if need be. Still cheaper to upgrade than to build from scratch. https://bit.ly/2MBLZed
The merger company would already have policies regarding employment, human resources, and legal in place in which Vita could automatically adopt saving costs in setting up and human resources, company policy, and legal policy. Or maybe they adopt partial policies from the merger company, and Vita has some autonomy on managing their side of the operation post-merger. https://bit.ly/2MBLZed
Also if the audit is completed, and Tangiers is still financing a large portion of development, then the merger company and Vita win out with both companies able to combine a large amount of resources together. https://bit.ly/2MBLZed
