Gold Mining USA, Inc. (OTCPK:GMUI) acquired MR Processing, LLC on August 15, 2017. Gold Mining USA intends to change its name to VITA Mobile Systems, Inc. MR Processing will be led by an innovative executive team including Sean Guerrero as Chief Executive Officer and Kyle Kohler as Chief Technology Officer. This team will also be supported by a strong Board of Directors including Martin R. Wade, III as Chairman of the Board, Sean Guerrero, Colin Walker and Son Pham.
