Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 697.985 million compared to TWD 458.415 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 153.398 million compared to TWD 67.911 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.83 compared to TWD 0.37 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,787.611 million compared to TWD 1,573.520 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 387.987 million compared to TWD 318.737 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.11 compared to TWD 1.72 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.1 compared to TWD 1.72 a year ago.
Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of photoelectric semiconductor epitaxial chips and components. The Companyâs primary products include heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) wafers, pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT) wafers, indium phosphide (InP) HBT wafers, wafer bonding light emitting diodes (LEDs), gallium arsenide (GaAs) personal identification number (PIN) and indium GaAs (InGaAs) PIN, among others.
