Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad announced that it has entered into an investment agreement of up to MYR 1450 million or in aggregate, not more than 9% of the issued share capital of the company from time to time, for a period of 18 months from the date of signing the Definitive Documentations in an equity round of funding with new investor Strattner Alternative Credit Fund LP on July 1, 2021. The Company will control the timing and amount of capital drawn down under this Agreement.
