Orvieto, 25 january 2018 - Vetrya [VTY.MI], Italian leader group recognized in the development of digital services, cloud computing platforms, application solutions and broadband services, communicates, pursuant to art. 17 of the AIM Italia Regulation, which formally communicated to Banca Finnat S.p.A. the cancellation from the Nominated Advisor Contract of Engagement. Banca Finnat S.p.A. will continue the task until maturity, scheduled for 26 february 2018. Vetrya also announces that it has appointed Nominated Advisor to EnVent Capital Markets Ltd.
The appointment of EnVent Capital Markets Ltd will take effect on 27 february 2018.
