Value Valves Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 2,400.053 million compared to TWD 2,351.701 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 429.061 million compared to TWD 404.432 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 295.197 million compared to TWD 284.698 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 7.55 compared to TWD 8 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 7.54 compared to TWD 7.95 a year ago.
Value Valves Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in development, design, manufacture and sale of industrial valves. The valve products include butterfly valves, ball valves and control valves. The products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, steel, shipbuilding, energy, water treatment, paper, air conditioning and electronics industries. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.
