Valiant Communications Limited announced that due to some personal reasons, Shri. Vidur Bharadwaj has tendered his resignation from the directorship of company, in his letter dated May 18, 2012, addressed to the company. Consequently, he has also resigned from the membership of Audit Committee, Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee of the company.
