V-cube launches "Event BCP Plan" to support

the online continuation of events that are suddenly cancelled or postponed due to the re-spreading of infectious diseases

V-cube, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Naoaki Mashita, hereinafter "V-cube") will launch the "Event BCP Plan", a campaign to support live streaming services that can be held online using the Internet for various events that have been announced to be cancelled or postponed due to the re-spreading of infection by the sixth wave of the COVID 19. Some services will be provided free of charge for customers who request V-cube to provide online events for the first time.

【Background of the service】

We have been receiving a rapid increase in inquiries from our customers: "Due to rapid re- expansion of the number of infected people, we would like to switch the event we were planning to hold at a real venue to an online event in a hurry" "We were planning to hold an interaction-oriented event at a real venue, but is it possible to hold it online?" "We would like to reduce the size of the real venue and hold a hybrid event with online."

V-cube supports a large number of online events, both internal and external, with a variety of systems such as "EventIn", "Touchcast", and "V-CUBE Seminar", as well as the dedicated distribution studio "PLATINUM STUDIO" and operational support by professional staffs. In 2021, we are supporting a much larger number of events than the 4,700 events held in 2020. We have supported a wide range of events from dozens to thousands of people, including internal kick-off events, shareholders' meetings, IR briefings, marketing seminars, networking events with an emphasis on interaction, and conferences.

In particular, live streaming of events is mission-critical in nature and cannot be redone, making it difficult for unfamiliar companies to operate on their own. By providing these know-hows, we will support you to hold your event without any interruption.

This campaign will not only provide a live distribution system, but also a distribution studio, dispatch of distribution staff, arrangement of equipment, and actual distribution support, all in one integrated service that can be implemented with peace of mind.

【Details of the Campaign to Support Live Streaming Services】

Target: For customers who request V-cube to deliver an event for the first time and plan to hold an event by the end of April, we will provide some services free of charge, depending on the format of the event.

Scope of the Free Offer Campaign:

・Provision of studio ※The use of PLATINUM STUDIO and STUDIO OCTO WEST will be free of charge for online sessions.

・Distribution equipment ※In the case of a real venue reduction or hybrid event, the equipment rental fee will be waived.
