Uxin Limited announced that it has entered into a shares purchase agreement for a private placement of 6,792,200 convertible redeemable series G+ preferred shares at $36.806926 per share for gross proceeds of $250,000,002.7772 on January 2, 2018. Returning investor, Kingkey New Era Auto Industry Global Limited subscribed 6,112,980 shares; Apex Ease Limited subscribed 543,376 shares; and Huangpu Investment Holding Limited subscribed 135,844 shares.
