United Urban Investment Corporation (TSE:8960) agreed to acquire Gulliver Hachioji Minamino from Mizuho Marubeni Leasing Corporation for Ñ1,500 million on June 27, 2022. The payment to the Seller will be settled in a lump-sum with United UrbanÆs own fund and borrowing upon the delivery of the Asset to be Acquired. Scheduled Acquisition Date and Date of Payment is on June 30, 2022.
