U.S. Cellular looks to fill 100 new positions in Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. - U.S. Cellular held a career fair in Tulsa on Wednesday, Jan. 22, looking to fill approximately 100 positions at the local Customer Care Center, which currently employs nearly 460 people. Roles looking to be filled include full-time positions for customer service representatives and telesales wireless consultants.
"We're proud to be able to add jobs here in Tulsa, a strong market where we've seen high demand for our wireless services," said Rudel DeCastro, director of U.S. Cellular's Customer Care Center in Tulsa. "Our goal is to provide the world's best wireless experience, so we need qualified, motivated and passionate associates to help us do that."
U.S. Cellular is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic professionals with relevant experience, active listening skills, ability to connect with customers, excellent communication skills and team-oriented skills. Both positions offer a competitive starting hourly rate and benefits along with incentives or commission.
