United Power Company SAOG Recommends Ordinary Cash Dividend and Preferred Dividend for the Financial Year Ended December 31, 2016

The Board of United Power Company SAOG recommended to distribute final ordinary cash dividend of 500 Baiza for each share and preferred dividend of 500 Baiza for each share for the financial year ended December 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the forthcoming AGM held on March 13, 2017.
