The Board of Directors of United Bancshares, Inc. declared a $0.22 per common share dividend payable June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2024. The dividend is approximately 36% of the reported net income for the first quarter of 2024.

Its core business operations are conducted through its subsidiaries, Union Bank and UBC Risk Management, Inc. (UBC Risk Management).
