United Bancorporation of Alabama Inc. announced its Board of Directors declared a $0.10 cash dividend per share. The dividend will be paid on or about January 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2020. The semiannual dividend of $0.13 per share paid in January 2020 compared to the $0.15 per share paid in January 2021 is a 15.38 % increase.
United Bancorporation of Alabama, Inc. is a financial holding company that primarily serves Southwest Alabama as well as Northwest Florida. The Company is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that operates three subsidiaries: United Bank, Town-Country United Bank and UB Community Development.
