DIVIDEND PAYMENT FINANCIAL YEAR 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, held on 24 April 2018, approved among other things the Financial Statements at 31 December 2017 and resolved on the distribution of a dividend equal to € 0.18 per ordinary share.

The dividend will be payable from 23 May 2018 (ex-divided date 21 May 2018 and record date 22 May 2018), using cou-pon no. 8, through intermediaries belonging to the centralised management system at Monte Titoli S.p.A.

The shares will be traded without dividend rights as of 21 May 2018, the ex-dividend date. Holders of shares that have not yet been dematerialised will be able to receive the dividend only upon delivery of their share certificates to one of the afo-rementioned intermediaries for entry into the centralised management system in dematerialised form.
