third floors of the basement, No. 109, Section 3, Minsheng East Road,
Taipei,area AB, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 11th floor C.
2.Date of occurrence of the event:2020/07/08
3.Transaction unit amount (e.g.XX square meters, equivalent to XX ping),
unit price, and total transaction price: 116.6 pings on the 1st and 3rd floor
underground, 460.47 pings on the 1st floor AB area, 496.53 pings on the 2nd
floor, 551.28 pings on the 3rd floor, 542.18 pings on the 5th floor and
164.14 pings in the C area on the 11th floor. Monthly rental price per ping:
NT$1050 on the 1st and 3rd floors underneath, NT$6825 on the AB area on the
1st floor, NT$3150 on the 2nd floor, NT$2400 on the 3rd floor and above.
The total transaction amount is NT$459,383,934 .
