CORRIGE

Forlì, 4 gennaio 2022 - Unieuro S.p.A. rende noto che in data odierna è stata messa nuovamente a disposizione presso la sede legale della Società, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio "eMarket STORAGE" (www.emarketstorage.com)e sul sito internet della Società (www.unieurospa.com, sezione Investor Relations / Bilanci e Relazioni), la Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale Consolidata al 31 agosto 2021, che corregge a pagina 42 un errore materiale rispetto al testo pubblicato in data 12 novembre 2021, allineandolo a quanto comunicato al mercato in sede di presentazione dei risultati del primo semestre dell'esercizio 2021/22.

Forlì, 4 January 2022 - Unieuro S.p.A. hereby announces that the Interim Financial Report at 31 August 2021 has been made newly available today at the Company's registered office, at the "eMarket STORAGE" storage mechanism (www.emarketstorage.com) and on the Company's website (www.unieurospa.com, Investor section Relations / Financial Statements and Reports). The updated version corrects a material error on page 42 with respect to the text published on 12 November 2021, aligning it with information made available to the market when presenting H1 2021/22 results.
