(EGM: UD) (the "Company"), an operator in telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that on today's date it has been made available to public at the registered office, on the Company's website(www.unidata.it) in the "Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" section and on the Borsa Italiana website, the list received by the Company for the appointment of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the proposal received by the Company for the integration of the Board of Directors - on which the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for 14 April 2023, in single call, is called to resolve -,together with the curriculum vitae of the candidates, the declaration of acceptance of the office and possession of the requisites prescribed by regulations and by the Company's bylaws for the assumption of the same.
