Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S.A. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was BRL 52.934 million compared to BRL 44.540 million a year ago. Operating income was BRL 10.198 million compared to BRL 6.643 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 9.517 million compared to BRL 6.566 million a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was BRL 150.449 million compared to BRL 149.350 million a year ago. Operating income was BRL 17.573 million compared to BRL 19.991 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 14.833 million compared to BRL 17.984 million a year ago.
Unicasa Industria de Moveis SA is a Brazil-based company engaged in the production and trade of furniture. The Company is active in the manufacture, sale, import and export of furniture made of wood, iron, steel and aluminum. It is primarily involved in the production of furniture made of medium density fiberboard (MDF) and medium density particleboard (MDP). Additionally, the Company sells accessories and decoration items. Its product portfolio include a range of furnishing solutions, including kitchens, bedrooms, closets, home theaters, laundries and toilets, as well as furniture equipment for offices and children rooms. The Company has a network of stores in Brazil and abroad, which sell its products under brand names Dell Anno, Favorita, New and Telasul Madeira. It operates an industrial park located in the city of Bento Goncalves, in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
