Ultrapar Participações S. A in its EGM held on January 31, 2014, approved the merger of Extrafarma with the company. Mr. Paulo Correa Lazera, Extrafarma's shareholder and CEO, will be in charge of the retail pharmacy business as its Chief Executive Officer and becomes a member of Ultrapar's executive board.
