Phadol Meekun-iam agreed to acquire 15% stake in Neon Works Company Limited from TV Thunder Public Company Limited for THB 7.5 million.

Phadol Meekun-iam agreed to acquire 15% stake in Neon Works Company Limited from TV Thunder Public Company Limited (SET:TVT) for THB 7.5 million June 28, 2024. A cash consideration of THB 7.5 million will be paid by the buyer. For the period ending December 31, 2023, Neon Works Company Limited reported total revenue of THB 176.61 million and net income of THB 27.14 million.

As of December 31, 2023, Neon Works Company Limited reported total assets of THB 128.57 million and total common equity of THB 39.23 million. The transaction is expected to close in July 2024.
