Trina Solar Announces Resignation of Zhiguo Zhu as Director, COO and President of Module Business Unit, Effective March 10, 2017

Trina Solar Limited announced that Mr. Zhiguo Zhu has resigned as a member of the board of directors, chief operating officer and president of the Module Business Unit ('MBU') for personal reasons, effective on March 10, 2017. Mr. Jifan Gao, Chairman and CEO of Trina Solar, will assume direct management of the MBU.
