Triple Point Income VCT plc is a venture capital trust (VCT). The Company's objective is to generate a return for investors, through a combination of tax-free income and capital appreciation. The Company invests in companies involved in renewable energy, energy production, controlled environment agriculture, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) funding. The Company holds an investment in approximately four portfolios of rooftop solar Photovoltaics (PV) systems through: Green Energy for Education Limited, Campus Link Limited, Digima Limited and Digital Screen Solutions Limited. The Company has an investment in a business called Furnace Managed Services Limited (FMS) that provides crematory and mercury abatement services for the crematoria of a London Borough. Its vertical growing facility is designed to have a sealed environment, where the product is grown under controlled conditions. The Company's investment manager is Triple Point Investment Management LLP.
