EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - PENNY COX

Toys"R"Us ANZ Limited (ASX:TOY) (Toy or Company) today advises that as a result of the outcome of Resolution 2 of the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, Ms Penny Cox's appointment as an Executive Director of the Company has ceased with immediate effect.

This Announcement has been approved for Release by the Toys"R"Us ANZ Limited Board of Directors.
