Tong Yang Industry Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 5,281.076 million compared to TWD 5,806.340 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 498.030 million compared to TWD 401.144 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 532.227 million compared to TWD 579.671 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.9 compared to TWD 0.98 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 10,590.969 million compared to TWD 12,051.478 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,035.387 million compared to TWD 993.573 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,032.405 million compared to TWD 1,079.012 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.75 compared to TWD 1.82 a year ago.

The Repair and Maintenance Market segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile and motorcycle spare parts for repair and maintenance market. The main products include bumpers, headers, instrument boards, engine covers, fenders and fans. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China mainland, the United States and other countries.
