On January 16, 2018, Toll Brothers, Inc. announced that Joseph R. Sicree, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company, will step down from his position as Chief Accounting Officer on January 26, 2018. Mr. Sicree, 69, has worked for the company for the past 26 years since joining the company as Chief Accounting Officer in 1992. Mr. Michael J. Grubb, 54, will be appointed Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 26, 2018. Mr. Grubb will continue to hold his current position of Senior Vice President. Mr. Grubb joined the Company as Assistant Vice President Accounting in July 2003 and was named Vice President in January 2006 and Senior Vice President in January 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Grubb served as First Vice President of Bank One Corporation and was an Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
