On June 20, 2024, Michael Matlock notified Toast, Inc. that he will resign as the Company?s Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, effective August 9, 2024. Mr. Matlock?s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement relating to the Company?s management, policies or practices. Following Mr. Matlock?s resignation, Elena Gomez, the Company?s Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Interim Chief Accounting Officer and interim principal accounting officer while the Company searches for a replacement for Mr. Matlock.
