Tjk Machinery (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. announced that at its AGM held on April 20, 2021, shareholders approved the cash dividend of CNY 4.28 per 10 shares (tax included) for the year 2020, payable on April 30, 2021, record date is April 29, 2021 and ex-date is April 30, 2021.
TJK MACHINERY (TIANJIN) CO., LTD. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, design, production and sales of high-end computer numerical control (CNC) reinforcement steel processing machines, and provision of overall solutions for CNC reinforcement steel processing. The Company mainly produces and sells three series of products: single-piece reinforcement steel forming machinery, combined reinforcement steel forming machinery and reinforcement steel strengthening machinery, including fully automatic CNC reinforcement steel bending machine, fully automatic CNC reinforcement steel straightening and cutting machine and so on.
