The supervisory board of Debica has found the replacement for Jacek Pryczek, who moved on to manage Goodyear's operation in Central Europe. The job of Debica CEO will be given to board member Stanislaw Cieszkowski, who was previously responsible for production. Three other managers will serve new, three-year terms in Debica's board of directors: Radoslaw Bolkowski, Mariusz Solarz and Ireneusz Maksymiuk. The new CEO has a long history with the company, having started out in 1980. In 2004, he was promoted to the managing board to oversee production.

The company's shareholders passed a resolution to pay a dividend of PLN 4.18 on the 2013 profit. The dividend will be paid on December 16, 2014.
