Tipco Foods Public Company Limited Announces Appointment of Audit Committee's Directors

The board of directors' meeting of Tipco Foods Public Company Limited on April 30, 2012 has resolved to appoint 3 directors of Audit Committee. The appointment shall be effective on May 1, 2012, named as follow: Mr. Virat Phairatphiboon, Mr. Pichawat Chomchuen, and Mrs. La-or Chaowanametha. The Audit Committee will elect a person to be chairman of Audit Committee on May 9, 2012.
