On January 17, 2023, Shao-Lee Lin, M.D., Ph.D., notified the Board of Directors of Third Harmonic Bio, Inc. of her decision to resign as a Class II director of the Board, and as Chairperson of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board, in each case effective as of January 17, 2023.
