The Movie Studio, Inc. (OTCPK:MVES) signed an agreement to acquire 12 motion pictures from Arrowhead Target Fund Ltd. on August 16, 2016. Under the terms of the Agreement, The Movie Studio shall acquire all rights, title and interest in the Arrowhead Film Library. The Movie Studio expects to begin monetizing this acquisition in the 4th quarter of 2016. The Movie Studio plans to use the proceeds from the securities purchase agreement signed with GPL Ventures LLC. The Movie Studio, Inc. (OTCPK:MVES) cancelled the acquisition of 12 motion pictures from Arrowhead Target Fund Ltd. on August 16, 2017.
