The European Equity Fund, Inc. announced yearly December 2019 distribution of $0.2246 per share, out of which $0.1321 per share is Long-Term Capital Gains. The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2020, Ex-date is December 27, 2019. Record date is on December 30, 2019.
The European Equity Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through investment primarily in equity and equity-linked securities of issuers domiciled in Europe. This Fund is diversified and primarily focuses its investments on equity securities of issuers domiciled in Europe, thereby increasing its vulnerability to developments in that region.
