Reference is made to The Erawan Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued and offered the newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their respective shareholdings (the "Right Offering") during June 7, 2021 to June 11, 2021, in the amount of 2,014,026,548 shares at the offering price of THB 1.00 per share, from which the Company received THB 2,013,389,048 in aggregate net proceeds after deduction of related expenses.

The Company would like to report on the Utilization of Capital Increase from the offering of newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders (Rights Offering) between June 2021 to March 2022 as set forth below.
