The type of Debentures are Unsubordinated and Unsecured Debentures without a Debentureholders' Representative in the Name-Registered Certificate. Amount of Offered Debentures are Series 1 Debentures: 1,000,000 units. Series 2 Debentures: 1,050,000 units. Total Amount of Offered Debentures is 2,050,000 units. Par Value is THB 1,000 and Offering Price per Unit is THB 1,000.
