Thai Kin Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of HSU, WEN-CHIN as Director. Reason for the change: Due to the resignation of Wu,CHUNG-FERN, the independent director, the company has a situation in Article 26-3 of the Securities and Exchange Law:There should be more than half of the seats among directors, and one of the following relationships should not be held: Spouse 2. Relatives within the second degree of kinship, Therefore, Director HSU, WEN-CHIN resigned voluntarily. The effective date of resignation is May 11, 2022, and the vacancy of
directors will be by-election at the 2023 shareholders' meeting of the Republic of China.
THAI KIN CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of home decoration castings. The Company is mainly engaged in the production of metal castings with zinc alloy and aluminum alloy as main materials, as well as other materials castings.
