Telesat has launched Motionbox, a new interactive decoder. The Motionbox will provide VoD access, with a catalogue of more than 1000 films, remote programming via smartphone or tablet, and several connected apps including Dailymotion, Facebook, Twitter, Picasa, or Flickr, available directly from the decoder. The decoder's hard disk of 20 GB can store up to 190 hours of programming.

The Motionbox can be had for a rental price of EUR 7.95 per month.
