• TELES Voice Application Server integrated on APS 2.0 basis into the Odin Service Automation Platform so as to achieve complete automation
  • Netstream customers and resellers can independently configure and administer SIP Trunking and telephone systems from the Cloud
  • Cutting-edge solution with complete integration into control panel (customer self services)

The Swiss Netstream corporation knows its customers well and especially what they expect from a Netstream solution: Quality, convenience and flexibility. 'Our customers are used to being able to manage and administer their products by themselves on an independent basis, and that without having any prior technical knowledge. And the integration of the TELES Application Server into our service platform is what makes this do-able. Thanks to the complete automation and the user-friendly interface, our customers and resellers are able to administer their SIP Trunking and their Cloud PBX on a stand-alone basis.' explains Alexis Caceda, CEO, Netstream AG.

With the Berlin-based TELES company, Netstream has found a partner with which the integration of SIP Trunking/ISDN Replacements and a hosted UC solution into the Odin Business Automation could be achieved. Using the control panel, customers from Netstream are able to run and administer their SIP Trunking and their Cloud PBX. Oliver Olbrich, Co-CEO of TELES outlines what this project was all about: 'On the orders of Netstream, we integrated the TELES Application Server on the APS 2.0 basis into the Odin Service Automation Platform. This permits the end customers to decide for themselves which individual services they want to have, and they are even able to do the administration themselves as well.'

Customers Themselves Select, Combine and Administer Services

Any changes to the telephone system can now be implemented by the end customers themselves, and that in real-time, from everywhere, and without any prior technical knowledge. This eliminates the need for expensive hardware, complicated configurations, regular servicing and maintenance costs, as well as on-location installations. Instead, the customers now have everything in their own hands.

They can flexibly select which services they would like to use: Such as how many lines, extensions and features, etc. With the control panel permitting easy management: Additional call channels and extensions can be booked quickly and conveniently. The clearly arranged wizards allow new SIP trunks and extensions to be set up easily. And functions, such as names, log-ins and end devices, as well as their related features, can be configured fast and effortlessly.

Benefits of Automation

Both the provider and the end customer profit from the complete integration and the automation resulting from this:

  • All standard PBX functions and features are selectable
  • Optimal user experience
  • Services available in real-time
  • No training required for the customers
  • Scalable at high quality standards
  • Useable for both B2B and on wholesale level
  • Lower OPEX and fast time to market
  • Continuously automated processes

Telephone System of the Future

Using the telephone system from the Cloud, the end customer can connect to corporate locations and employees, permitting them to decide from where, at what time and how they would like to work: And that with traditional hardware telephones, with the DesktopControl Software Client, or with their smartphones. The package of options has been designed by Netstream and TELES together: As a flexible, future-driven solution at the most up-to-the-minute technical standards.
