Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of medical devices for critical care and surgery, has announced it has been awarded two new three-year agreements with Premier, a group purchasing organization, for a comprehensive range of surgical instruments. The agreements are effective Feb. 1, 2013 through Jan. 31, 2016.

Through these new agreements, Premier's alliance of 2,700 hospitals will have access to an extensive line of hand-held and laparoscopic surgical instruments, including well-established Pilling® and KMedic® products, at exclusive member rates.
