Tele2 is opening roaming in Si.mobil d.d. (Slovenia), Smart (the republic of Uganda) networks. The company is including new partners into its roaming list in order to improve the quality of service. In these countries, Tele2 clients may use voice services in roaming on favorable conditions.

In Slovenia, a minute of incoming and outgoing call to numbers in Russia, CIS countries and Europe costs 15 rubles. A traveler will pay RUB 6 for one MMS or SMS. While staying in Uganda, a client is paying RUB 35 for a minute of call to all directions apart from South and North Americas. It also costs RUB 12 to send one MMS and SMS from the country.

The "Talks without borders" service gives an opportunity to take phone calls at RUB 5 per minute. A subscriber daily fee totals 5 rubles.
