Certain A-Shares of Tederic Machinery Co., Ltd are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 31-OCT-2020. These A-Shares will be under lockup for 1104 days starting from 23-OCT-2017 to 31-OCT-2020.
Details:
Company's controlling shareholders Taderic Group, Jutuo Investments, Zheng Jianguo and He Ying and the company's director Lin yunqing commit to not dispose off their holdings in the company for a period of 36 months from the date of listing of the new shares.
Shareholders TEDERIC BVI and the director Li Zhijie, shareholders Haitong Kaiyuan Investments, Yuehai Weiqi Investments, GSV BVI, Detong New Energies, Yuncheng Consulting, Wu Jingyang and Li Lifeng commit to not dispose off their holdings in the company for a period of 12 months from the date of listing of the new shares.

The Company's main products are injection molding machines. The Companyâs products are used in piping systems and accessories, auto parts, white goods and small appliances, electronic products and communications, logistics and warehousing, thin-walled packaging containers and medical and health industries. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
