The board of directors of Teamway International Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. So Stephen Hon Cheung tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 10 June 2019 to devote more time to his own business development. Following the resignation of Mr. So, he has ceased to be the member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the company with effect from 10 June 2019.
