TDK Corporation Proposes Pay Year-End Dividend for Year Ended March 31, 2023; Provides Dividend Guidance for the Interim and Year-End Dividend for the Year 2024

TDK plans to pay a year-end dividend of ¥53 per common share, subject to approval at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 22, 2023.

The company plans to pay an interim dividend of ¥58 per common share and a year-end dividend of ¥58 per common share respectively in Fiscal 2024.
